I need help. I get stuck when I'm at the shop after I've taken the Black Lotus Potion. I can find all the differences but one. Help!

I'm at the spot where you have to find the 12 playing cards...I have spent two days on it and can only find 11. Any help out there??

I finally found the 12th card! I was getting so frustrated! Here's where the cards are:
Picture in the glass case to the right, there's a few on the floor, the bookcase with the candlestick on it, next to the antlers on the wall, the clock face, to the lower left of the clock, next to the picture in the back of the room, two in the hutch cabinet, the one I couldn't find was in the shadow of the back table near the floor. I think I've named all of them. Hope you're able to find them all!
