I got to the bottom of the well but cannot see any thing in there

Well I have now gotten into the cottage attic and down onto the hallway but am again stuck on how to get off the second floor. Any help here?

Dennis, do you have the axe yet? It's what you need to chop your way out of the upstairs hallway in Ravenhearst.

If you don't have the axe yet, you'll need to take a break and watch a movie... that should make it all line up for you.

I am now out of the attic and have six hearts and am trying to open the next lock but am having trouble figuring that one out.

I need help with the telescope. I put the coin in it, and opened the eye piece, but I can't get it to move. What am I doing wrong?

There are things to click on around the ring of the eyepiece. I didn't see them at first but you can click on them to move the telescope and focus it on the buoy. That gives you another number clue.

My only complaint with this game is the "ghost" encounters. The dialog, subtitles and actions are all out of whack...especially the final scenes.

Looked ok to me! Only problem I saw was that it took a short while to load at the very beginning, but I can't blame it for that because it has lots of graphics and I never saw any loading pauses once the main menu appeared.

For fire: spoiler → Cut open the teddybear using the knife from well bucket (you'll have to sharpen it). ←

The jar of fuel is used to make the cablecar go.

The bucket is stuck in the plants against the wall of the well. I bet you're carrying something that you can use to unstick it.
